Bringing the parents onto the floor amidst the excitement, these child directed programs create a special time for the family. Focus is on parent/child bonding, rhythm, and movement exploration. We add tumbling and basic pre-school gymnastics skills beginning at two-years of age. Hand/eye coordination and balance are developed along with fine and gross motor skills. This program offers quality time for both parent and child with a 12:1 student/teacher ratio.

$100 for up to 12 children, $5 for each additional child.

A unique opportunity for children to lay the foundation for excellent physical skills such as strength, flexibility, balance, and spatial awareness. Incorporated into each class are elements for boys and girls to learn proper technique, form, and progressions on every piece of Olympic equipment.

aCan be used as a make up class for all levels or have the opportunity to receive some extra help. Pre-registration is required.

Instruction is provided in the four Olympic events: floor exercise, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault...plus trampoline! Special stations for strength and flexibility development are utilized. Dance and its use in gymnastics is introduced.

Beginning instruction to those interested in the tumbling aspects of gymnastics.  Athletes learn to "fly" by utilizing our spring floor, in-ground Tumble Trak and trampoline. A soft landing is guaranteed with our huge foam pit!

We think girl’s rock and we want them to think so too! This class is taught in a non-competitive format.

Children develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence through the mastery of fundamental gymnastics skills.

For the child who has developed the basic skills and necessary confidence, our competitive boys and girls gymnastics teams offer an excellent opportunity to pair skill with showmanship.
